I had originally booked a pool view bungalow, but upon arrival, I realized I actually preferred the cave rooms. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially the guy at the reception who patiently assisted me with all my questions. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the bus station, and there were many agencies nearby for balloon rides. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was really nice, especially in the evening. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect. It was nice to have a swimming pool with a spectacular backdrop. The staff even lent me the adaptor to use exclusively in my room.
The bed was a little gritty

Good breakfast, friendly staff
Shower was cold, had to wait a long time for warm water. Nothing to do if you are alone (no tv, no access to a computer, no book exchange) Staff need to improve their english - was sometimes hard to communicate

They made the rooms by carving it from the rocks. You can feel yourself like the christians thosand years ago, who lived in cappadocia. If you like to have that feeling definetly advised to spend some days there.
There was not all the time hot water. Maybe because of the caving style, the room getting to fusty.

A really nice place, especially for the price. I picked it because it was the cheapest place that had a pool. It is also conveniently located and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We had an incredible romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special. They even helped us arrange a romantic hot air balloon ride, which was absolutely breathtaking. Plus, the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the area and enjoy all the attractions nearby. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The only minor downside was that the dorm toilet and shower needed some repairs. However, this didn't hinder our stay too much, as we were able to use the facilities in other parts of the hotel.

Beautiful, large clean cave rooms and a great swimming pool! We really enjoyed our stay at Nirvana Cave hotel. It was quite difficult to find so do not try and go by the Google map location - just tell someone at the bus station when you arrive to help you! All the staff were very friendly and gave us very detailed advice on where to go and how to go about it. We had a great day walking and exploring thanks to your help! Thank you!

It was a great stay at Nirvana. I definitely enjoyed it and playing with the owner's puppy dog! The location's very convenient, only 5 min's walk from the bus station(otogar). The service and room provided was worth the price.

The pool and garden were lovely and provided a great place to relax. the location was perfect, within walking distance of the main hub. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and room slippers.
The room was a bit dark and lacked storage space for clothes. It would have been nice to have more power outlets to charge electronics.

The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. If you wake up early in the morning, you will see from your front door the magnificent air balloons.
The rooms don't have tv and the internet was a little slow, but probably this make the atmosphere so special.

As a first plus, staff emailed us that they can pick us from bus station without a charge before we(a ukrainian and turkish couple) arrive.(göreme is full with hotels and i saw many tourists trying to find their way to hotel with big baggages so that made us relief.)Hotel was located few minutes from the main road and as an advantage it was quiet and also had a nice ambient with the rock surroundings.Staff was really helpfull, kind and not greedy. We stayed in Deluxe Room for 2 nights which was clean as it supposed to be and we had no problem with hot water.I was also concerned about scorpions and etc but we didn't even see a bug.We owe thanks to Ali, Yasin and Mr. Mustafa. As last, it wasn't an actual cave hotel as we imagined but it was more like "underground-cave on surface built without harming the nature" hotel which was fairly different experience.
Fresh juice would be nice.

The setting was amazing, surrounded by fairy chimneys and the location was great, just a 1 minute walk to town, shops and restaurants. The staff are really friendly and offer great advice on tours, walks you can do in the area, and can also organise transfers to the airport.
